"We make men without chests, expect of the virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked when we find traitors in our midst" - C.S. Lewis Abolition of Man

"There is only one kind of discipline, and that is the perfect discipline. As a leader, you must enforce and maintain that discipline; otherwise, you will fail at your job." - Vince Lombardi
Establishing expertise through discipline is paramount in the day to day as we work to be accomodating to requests while serving and growing our knowledge and expertise.
"Either do or do not, there is no try" - Yoda
Commitment to success of our clients and understanding our commitment to our community manifests itself through our knowledge of the impacts of our transactions.
"Where there is no vision, the people perish" - Proverbs 29:18
The mission of the organization is known from top to bottom, and is lived out daily.
